Entering the Russian market: JTI's successful experience
As part of this project, I supervised communications with Japan Tobacco International, working in a team with JTI brand managers Sergey Ganin, Natalia Rakova, and Natalia Maximenko. At first, I was engaged in the design of advertising materials for the Lucia and Epique brands, and as the project grew, I switched to managerial tasks. The project became the starting point of Aero's growth and helped the agency become a leader in the design market.
Working with JTI, we strictly adhered to International Marketing Standards (IMS), an informed attitude towards marketing products to adult consumers and a ban on promoting products to underage audiences. Our team fully managed Lucia and Epique as a creative digital agency and provided comprehensive services, creating layouts for press and outdoor advertising, original POS materials, special projects and gift products, 3D product visualizations, promotional animations and point-of-sale videos, and websites.
Notable achievements included a successful photo shoot with renowned Moscow photographer Vladimir Glynin that featured floating models.
